The symptoms of TBI for anyone following a brain injury can be basically put into four categories. We have physical changes, headaches, or the most common physical change. We have emotional changes, which also include the behavioral changes, which can be devastating for the individual. There are cognitive changes, meaning inability to concentrate, word finding problems, things of that nature. And then there very common sleep disorders following a brain injury. And if we think about it in those four categories, physical, cognitive, emotional or behavioral and sleep we see common symptoms for every brain injury survivor that they have to overcome.
